PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take all remedial measures to protect plantation of Avocadoes, Star Trees, Butter Fruits (Persea Americana) Horticulture which is affecting unknown virus in the area of Mountainous regions of Western Ghats at Palani hills situated in Dindigul, Theni, Virudhunagar and Coimbatore districts and considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.08.2018 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
