RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extension of time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP.No.9257 of 2022 order dt.18.5.2022 which was made ready on 19.5.2022 and which was expires on 4.6.2021 and to extend the further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SIVAPRAKASH S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Since the petitioner's father was admitted in the hospital for taking treatment of heartiac arrest for the past 20 days, the petitioner is unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.9257 of 2022 dated 18.05.2022.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 18.05.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9257 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
