Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, in Crime No. 7 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.This Court had dismissed the petitioner's earlier application on 05.07.2018, by pointing out that the petitioner is working as a Inspector of Police and that the allegations made against him are very serious. After going through the contents of the First Information Report, this Court was not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate produced a CD which contains the tele conversation which had taken place between the petitioner and the defacto complainant.

This is a case, in which custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required.
