This petition has been filed praying to condone the delay of days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.22,300/- in C.M.A(MD)No.SR21505 of 2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Since the delay is on the higher side, this Court is of the opinion that the delay may be condoned, however on terms. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on condition that the the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to the Siddha Clinic, attached to this Bench, within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court. sd/- 23/08/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
