O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct Cricket Competition in the memory of deceased old Cricket Players namely VP.Mahendran J.Vinoth and K.Gowtham in the ground of Melamadapulli Kanmoi Melur Road Kottakudi Village from 08.06.2024 and 09.06.2024 at about 10.00 am to 05.30pm by using Mike set and Box Speakers based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 25.05.2024.

2. The petitioner is seeking only for conducting Cricket. Hence, the respondent shall permit the petitioner to conduct the Cricket match.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
