ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 16.04.2025 to grant adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, the third respondent along with henchman are interfering with the possession of common pathway. In this regard, the petitioner has already sent representation to the respondent police for police protection. But the same has not been considered so far. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioner is pending for enquiry.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the third respondent, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the representation of the 2/4

petitioner is pending for enquiry, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to both parties, within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
