This Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to extend the time limit granted in WP(MD)No.4762 of 2013 dated 20.04.2017 on the file of this Hon'ble Court for further period of six months to implement the order passed by this Court in full.

Prayer in WP(MD)No.4762/2013 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the Respondent in connection with the impugned order of rejection passed by him in his Proceedings No. O.Mu.A4/32746/2010 dated 08.06.2010 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent to consider the Petitioners case for appointment in any suitable post based on his qualification under compassionate ground within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition, affidavit and earlier order of this Court dated 20.04.2017 made in WP(MD)No.4762 of 2013 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.MUTHU, Additional Government Pleader appeared for the petitioner and none appeared for the respondent and this court made the following order:- " The petition filed seeking further extension of six months for implementing the order passed in W.P(MD)No.4762 of 2013, dated 20.04.2017. However, the present petition was filed on 19.06.2017 and therefore, six months extension period sought for had already https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

lapsed. Thus, no further orders are required in this petition. Accordingly, this petition is closed".
