ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the rejection of renewal application for enlisting the petitioner of Photo Voltaic Systems and Solar Water Heating Systems as a supplier with Tamil Nadu Energy Development Agency (TEDA).
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3. In view of the dispute between the petitioner and the respondents in respect of claiming subsidy for the works already 2/5
completed by the petitioner. The application for renewal of the petitioner's enlistment of supply of Photo Voltaic Systems and Solar Water Heating Systems was not considered by the third respondent. Therefore, the petitioner already filed a Writ Petition in W.P.(MD) No.17242 of 2017 for a direction directing the respondents to pay the subsidy amount to the rune of Rs.1,18,200/- for the work which was already completed.
4. This Court, by order dated 09.01.2025, directed the respondents to disburse the subsidy amount in W.P.(MD)No.17242 of 2017. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh application for renewal of his enlistment of supply of Photo Voltaic Systems and Solar Water Heating Systems with Tamil Nadu Energy Development Agency (TEDA), within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. On receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the request made by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, if the Scheme is in existence.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
