This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to afford adequate and effective Police protection to the petitioner and his family members from the illegal attacks, obstruction and life threats from the respondents 4 and 5 herein and their men.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's wife was one of the depositors in the company viz., "Blessings Agro India Limited". Thereafter, the petitioner's wife introduced the respondents 4 and 5 as depositors to deposit the money in the schemes, which was introduced by the said company. Since the said company closed, the respondents 4 and 5 are giving trouble to the petitioner's wife and his family members and demanding money. Thereafter, the petitioner gave complaints against the respondents 4 and 5 on 22.04.2022, 30.05.2022 and 11.06.2022 to the third respondent. Since no action has been taken by the third respondent, the present criminal original petition has been filed.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petition given by the petitioner is available with the second respondent Police and to consider the representations of the petitioner. 5.In the light of the matter above stated, the second respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 22.04.2022, 30.05.2022 and 11.06.2022 and to take suitable action on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
