Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned provisional selection list of candidates after certificate verification for recruitment of Assistant Professors in Government Engineering Colleges, 2013-2014 & 2014-2015 passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Nil dated Nil (published in the official website of the TRB on 27.04.2017) and quash the same as illegal in so far as it relates.

ORDER

This intra-Court appeal is directed against the order dated 08.08.2019 in W.P(MD)No.8770 of 2017 filed by the first respondent herein. The fate of the case for the first respondent is inextricably linked to the outcome of W.A(MD)No.401 of 2024. The writ petitioner herein will stand to gain if W.A(MD)No.401 of 2024 is allowed. It is true that W.P(MD)No.9330 of 2017 was allowed vide order dated 08.08.2019. Questioning the same, Teachers Recruitment Board had filed 2/4

W.A(MD)No.401 of 2024. We had allowed the Writ Appeal thereby dismissing W.P(MD)No.9330 of 2017. Therefore as a consequence, the order impugned in this Writ Appeal also has to be set aside.

2.This Writ Appeal is allowed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Sd/- 21.11.2024 (*)Cause title Corrected as per the order of this court dated 26.02.2025 made in WA(MD).1074 of 2020.
