2.The petitioner seeks release of the petition mentioned vehicle.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader informs the Court that the confiscation order under Section 14 of the Tamilnadu Prohibition Act has already been passed. It is for the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
