*********** [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] What is sought for in this Writ Petition is to accept petitioner's nomination for the post of director at D.D.315 Andipatti Primary Agricultural Co-operative Societies Office, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District or receive fresh nomination paper from the petitioner.

2. As already held by the Division Bench of the Principal Seat of this Court in W.P.No.7526 of 2018, etc., batch., dated 03.08.2018, the remedy open to the petitioner is to approach the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, under Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983.

3. In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to exhaust the remedy, as indicated above. No costs.
