ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to conduct an enquiry and initiate prosecution against the respondents 3 and 4, by invoking Section 83 of the Tamil Nadu Registration Act, 1908 and to pass suitable orders on the representation made by the petitioner dated 19.06.2021, in accordance with law, and consequently, to direct the second respondent to delete the registration entry made with regard to the subject property as mentioned in Document No.1316/2017, dated 01.11.2017.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was submitted that the enquiry has already been conducted and orders have been passed. 2/4
