ORDER

The petitioner seeks consideration of his representation dated 09.06.2021 for appointment as the Headmaster of Shri Sowdambiga Middle School at Bodinayakkanoor. The petitioner relies upon a memorandum of understanding dated 03.05.2018 in terms of which the petitioner is entitled to be in control of the aforesaid school for a term of three years.

2.The learned counsel states that in spite of submitting a representation on 09.06.2021, no response has been received till date. 3.Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned counsel for the State, accepts notice on behalf of all the three respondents. He states that the proposal has been forwarded and is currently with the second respondent herein. 4.Accordingly, without going into the merits of the matter, W.P.(MD).No.13423 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2021 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.13423 of 2021 dispose of the same by a reasoned order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner herein. Such reasoned order shall be passed within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There will be no order as to costs.
