Though these contempt petitions have been filed as if some violations have been noticed, according to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, as against the judgment which trigerred the petitioners to file these contempt petitions, the appeals have been filed by way of Special Leave Petitions before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and those appeals are still pending. Pending consideration, we do not feel that any alleged violation can be taken as if the violation of the orders of the Court, unless and until an authoritative decision is made by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India as to the sustainability and validity of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. Contempt Petitions cannot be entertained at this juncture. Accordingly, they are dismissed.
