This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of A.S.No.12 of 2021.

2.By an order dated 01.06.2026, I had called for a report from the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, as to how long it would take to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.12 of 2021. The learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, has sought a month's time to dispose of the said suit. 3.The learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, is requested to dispose of A.S.No.12 of 2021 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
