PRAYER:- Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the Contemnors / respondents for willful disobedience of order of this Honourable court passed in WP(MD) No.16082 of 2024 dated 26.02.2025.

O R D E R

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 26.02.2025 passed in W.P. (MD)No.16082 of 2024.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that this Court, by its order dated 26.02.2025, directed the respondents to consider the fresh representation filed by the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders. Pursuant to the said order, the fifth respondent, namely the Block Educational Officer, Ponnamaravathi, vide order dated 18.06.2025, has considered the petitioner's representation and passed appropriate orders. The learned Additional Government Pleader has also circulated a copy of the order passed by the fifth respondent.
