The petitioner, aggrieved by the improper survey conducted by the 2nd respondent, has preferred an appeal on 04.04.2025 to the 1st respondent. The petitioner has thereafter paid necessary charges and made an online application on 15.04.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's appeal, dated 04.04.2025 and 15.04.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
