Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to declare the completion of probation of the petitioners in the light of the Government Order in G.O.(1D) No.156 School Education Department, dated 10.09.1998 along with all consequential benefits such as Medical Leave, Gratuity, Contributory Pension, Earned Leave, Provident Fund etc and arrears, within the time period stipulated by this Court.

The petitioner has joined the respondents service as Village Librarian, based on the employment seniority.

2. Heard Mr.G.Karthik, for Mr.S.Rajasekar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D. Sadiq Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. Perused the material documents available on record.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the similar issue, this Court has passed order in W.P(MD)No.79 of 2022 dated 04.07.2022.

4. Accordingly, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass an order in the light of the government order in G.O.(1D)No.156 School Education Department, dated 10.09.1998 and in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.79 of 2022 dated 04.07.2022, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3/6
