3. It is reported that the departmental proceedings were concluded and the petitioner was also terminated from service. As against the order of termination, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Appellate Authority.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in these petitions. Accordingly, the writ petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
