This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.82 of 2023 and to file the final report.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the second respondent, an FIR in Crime No.82 of 2023 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 341 and 506(2) of IPC. After completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel. 3.Since the respondent police have already completed the investigation and filed final report, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Therefore, this criminal original petition stands closed.
