The petitioner has sought for the custody of the minor child in this writ petition.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the custody of the minor child has been given back to the petitioner on 14.02.2022. The same is recorded. 3.Since the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been achieved, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
