This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No. 299 of 2024 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai District.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 29.04.2026, I called for a report from the learned District Munsif, Thirumangalam, Madurai District. He has sent a report dated 12.05.2026 stating that he will dispose of O.S.No.299 of 2024 within a period of one (1) year. Consequently, the 2/4

learned District Munsif, Thirumangalam, Madurai District, is requested to dispose of O.S.No.299 of 2024 within a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
