This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that they have not harassed the petitioner. They have called the petitioner only based on the complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent and the same was closed after conducting an enquiry. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.Since the main complaint itself was closed after enquiry, no further orders are required to be passed. Accordingly, this petition stands closed.
