ORDER

Seeking quashment of the impugned proceedings in PRC.No.245 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, this criminal original petition is filed.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on instructions, submitted that the case in P.R.C.No.245 of 2023 was committed before the Sessions Court in S.C.No.535 of 2025 on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge, Madurai and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the aforesaid Sessions' case. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. 09.02.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Rmk 2/4
