ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 353, 307 and 379 I.P.C.(Sand Theft) in Crime No.281 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners and other accused persons had transported the river sand illegally without valid license. Hence, a case has been registered. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that there are four previous cases pending against the first petitioner and two previous cases pending against the second petitioner. 5. Taking note of the bad antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
