This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.184 of 2018, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Valliyoor Police Station, Tirunelveli District. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police.

3. Mr.S.Chandrasekar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, would submit that in respect to Crime No.184 of 2018, this Court, while at the time of passing orders in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17281 of 2018, dated 27.09.2018, quashed the First Information Report and therefore, as of now, no such FIR is pending on the file of the 1st respondent police.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
