This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl MP(MD) No. 6032/2026 in Crl OP(MD) No.2443/2025 dated 18.03.2026. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly from 18.03.2026, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
