Heard Mr.V.G.Vallarasu Chezhiyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner seeks limited relief of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to upload the patta and chitta in the online portal based on the assignment patta issued to the petitioner. 3.Considering limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2024, after considering the documents that has been produced by the petitioner and if necessary, after conducting an enquiry as well and pass final orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
