PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment over water channel and common pathway in Survey Nos.307/1, 306 & 317 at Pulimankompai Village, Tharmathupatti Post, Theni District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2019 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

However, if any encroachment still exists, the petitioner is at liberty to give a fresh complaint to the authorities competent, who in turn, shall look into the same and initiate appropriate actions. 2/4
