Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of suspension in Roc.V5/56001/2018 dated 14.12.2018 and to quash the same with effect from 13.12.2018 passed by the second respondent and consequently direct the second respondent to re-instate the petitioner in the post of Block Development Officer (Village Panchayats) with consequential benefits within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The order of suspension dated 14.12.2018 is put under challenge in the present writ petition.

2.It is stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents that pending writ petition, the petitioner reaches the age of superannuation and he was not permitted to retire from service.

3.In view of the fact that the petitioner had reached the age of superannuation, the question of reinstatement into service may not arise. W.P.(MD) No.7450 of 2019 the same by way of fresh writ petition.

4.With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
