Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent District Collector in Na.Ka.NO.779/2011 A 11 dated 22.8.2014, quash the same and further direct the 2nd respondent District Collector to sanction and disburse the amount towards the increased amount of a sum of Rs.12,03,065/- and Rs.11,67,704/-(Totalling Rs.23,70,769/-) towards the 1st quarter and 4th quarter respectively in the light of clause 47 of the Agreement dated 08.09.2010.

CMP(MD) No.5204 of 2022 ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.ASHOK, Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J.,) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1550 days in representing the above writ appeal.
2. This Court is fully convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Since the delay has been properly explained by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 1550 days in filing the above writ appeal. However, this Court is of the view that the delay could have been avoided by showing due diligence. Hence, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Legal Services Authority, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai within a period of two weeks from today.
3. Post the matter after two weeks.
