Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner has given the petition mentioned representation seeking issuance of free house site patta.

3.The third respondent is directed pass order thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
