O R D E R
*********** [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] It is the case of the petitioner that he got married to Shanthi on 02.02.1992 and through the wedlock he has a daughter Manasvi, who was born on 09.11.1993. It is his further allegation that he got separated from his wife in the year 2014 and that he found some objectionable photographs of his wife in the internet very recently. Therefore, the petitioner appears to have given a complaint to the police, requesting the police to find out the persons who had uploaded the photographs of his wife in the internet and has thereafter filed this Habeas Corpus Petition. 2/5
2.It is not the case of the petitioner that his wife is in the illegal custody of the respondents for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus. A Writ of Habeas Corpus cannot be maintained for a direction to the police to find out the persons who had allegedly uploaded the photographs of his wife in the internet. 3.Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
