Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing to the respondents 1 to 5 to provide adequate police protection against the sixth respondent for measuring the petitioner's property to fetching fencing in Survey No.282/6A and Patta No.1727 and 0-6.00 ares in Aavudaiyar kovil, Pudukkottai and enforce criminal proceedings against the sixth respondent in case of causing any trouble.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the the respondents 1 to 5 to provide adequate police protection from the sixth respondent for measuring the petitioner's property to fetching fencing in Survey No.282/6A and Patta No.1727 and 0-6.00 ares in Aavudaiyar kovil, Pudukkottai and enforce criminal proceedings against the sixth respondent in case of causing any trouble. 2/5

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as of now, no representation has been received from the petitioner.

3.Recording the said submission, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the fourth respondent and on such filing, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law.
