This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.17354 of 2018 dated 03.08.2018 has not been complied with.

2.Today(27.04.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents by referring the official memorandum of the Tahsildar, Tirumayam in O.Mu.No.5687/2021/A1, dated 26.08.2021 submits that the land in Survey No.630/1 has been classified as 'water body' and therefore, the request of the petitioner for converting it as a Road is not feasible and the same was rejected. He further submits that the copy of the above official memorandum has already been furnished to the petitioner by post. Apart from that, the learned Additional Government Pleader has also furnished a copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
