When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for IOCL submitted that an application submitted by the 9th respondent was found to be ineligible. Copy of the said communication addressed to the 9th respondent has been produced before this Court. No cause of action arises for filing this writ petition.

2. The Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
