COMMON PRAYER : Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to make payment of the monthly wages of Rs.750/- per month, cycle allowance of Rs.100/- per month, medical aid for the entire period of service and all other benefits available to the petitioner as a collector of Nitham Valar Nidhi Deposits. For Petitioners : Mrs.S.Mahalakshmi (in all WPs) For Respondents : Mr.N.Dilipkumar, (in all WPs) Standing Counsel .

COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions are filed seeking a direction to the respondents to make payment of the monthly wages of Rs.750/- per month, cycle allowance of Rs.100/- per month, medical aid for the entire period of service and all other benefits available to the petitioner as a collector of Nitham Valar Nidhi Deposits. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made a representation dated 04.03.2019, for granting terminal benefits on termination of NVN Agencies Viz, monthly wages, cycle allowance, medical aid and all other benefits payable as per the judgment of the Honourable Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 3355 of 1998 along with batch, dated 13.02.2001. So far no action has been taken, hence this writ petition. 3.

The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents/Bank would submit that the aforesaid representation is still pending and the same will be considered as directed by this Court. 4.According to the learned Standing Counsel, the Chief Manager, Personnel Administration Department, Salem is a competent authority, but, he is not a party in this Writ Petition. If the petitioner submits an application before the concerned authority, the same shall be considered.

5.In the light of the aforesaid submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to pass the following directions:- (i) the petitioner shall make a fresh application before the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(ii) On receipt of such representation, the concerned authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate order as expeditiously as possible.

6.These Writ Petitions are disposed of, with the above directions. No costs.
