The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/3rd respondent for his deliberate and willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22857 of 2022 dated 23.12.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that in pursuance of the direction of this Court, enquiry was conducted in the presence of the revenue officials and taking note of the fact that private respondent in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22857 of 2022 has already obtained orders from the District Munsif Court, Musiri to maintain status quo, they have closed the complaint.
