J U D G M E N T

[Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] We do not see any grievance for the petitioner to challenge the order of the Writ Court. The Writ Court has after all said that it will be open to the authority to either invoke Section 77-A of the Registration Act, 1908, or move the appropriate Court.

2. If any action is taken under Section 77-A of the Act, it is open to the appellants to challenge the same in the manner known to law. Hence, we do

not find any reason to entertain this writ appeal. Accordingly, the writ appeal is disposed of with the above clarification. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
