O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. Patta No.203 in respect of natham survey No.367/3 corresponding to old survey No.147-2 measuring an extent of 0-1.60 Hac. stood in the name of Sethu. Sethu is no more. The petitioner is said to be his only legal heir.

3. The fourth respondent is directed to mutate patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land for which patta was issued in favour of his father. This shall be done after conducting enquiry. The Tahsildar will issue notice to all the legal heirs of Sethu. Based on the outcome of the enquiry, mutation shall be effected. This exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
