This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to directing the 1st respondent to withdraw the Look Out Circular/Notice issued against the petitioner in connection with the case in Crime No.14 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent and consequently, to direct the 1st respondent to intimate the same to the immigration officer and thus render justice. 1/3
ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Sathick Raja, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, Government Advocate for the first to third respondents, and Mr.H.Lakshmi Shankar,Advocate for the fourth respondent, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.18098 of 2021 dated 21.12.2021.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was unable to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court and now he is ready to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3 In view of the same, time already granted by this Court vide order dated 21.12.2021 is extended for a period of 3-months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the order shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this court.
