ORDER

The grievance of the writ petition is that the benefit of regularization was granted to a similarly placed person from the date of initial appointment.

2.However, in the case of the petitioner, the benefit of regularization was extended from the date of Government Order. 3.This Court is of the considered opinion that regularizations are to be granted strictly in accordance with the rules. However, the grievance of the writ petitioner is that his case was not considered for grant of regularization, on par with other colleagues https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.7538 of 2019 from the date of initial appointment. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 16.01.2019. 4.Thus, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner strictly in accordance with the rules in force and by verifying the facts between the employees and pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 16.01.2019, as expeditiously as possible preferably, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
