Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the respondents 5 to 11 on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 01.06.2024 and celebrate the Sri Pathira Kaliyamman, Mariyamman temple festival joint with the petitioner and his family members by getting Temple Vari from them in accordance with law, within a time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the 5th respondent clarified before this Court that there is no objection for receiving "vari" from the petitioner herein. It is also made clear by the private respondents who are represented by the counsel that there is no objection for participation by the petitioner as well as his family members in the petition mentioned festival. 2/4
