This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to direct the second respondent herein to initiate appropriate criminal action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of petitioner's statement dated 22.05.2022 lodged before the 2nd respondent herein. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Cr.No.81 of 2022, dated 23.06.2022 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 143, 447 and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, 2002. 3.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
