ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.5059 of 2021, dated 10.03.2021, has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the respondent is present before this Court. Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that based on the petition received from the petitioner, dated 24.02.2021, the respondent Police had conducted an enquiry on 26.04.2021, in which, both the parties appeared before the Sub-Inspector, All Women Police Station, Aranthangi, and gave a written statement stating that they wanted to pursue the matter before the concerned Court and therefore, the said petition was closed on the said date.
