[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to withdraw this Writ Petition and to workout the remedy in the manner known to law against Section 7 notice issued by the Revenue Inspector / 3rd respondent under the provisions of the Act III of 1905. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

2.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforestated liberty. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
