This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent herein to take necessary action by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered under the caption for "Women Missing". He would further submit that whereabouts the petitioner's wife has now been traced and she is stated to be in Assam, she will be secured within a week.

3. Since the proper action has been taken by the respondents Police, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
