Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the judgment dated 27.03.2017 passed in I.D.No.60/2014 on the file of the Honble Labour Court, Tiruchirappalli, quashed the same and to direct the 1st respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with all service and monetary benefits and directing the payment of back wages from the date of suspension till reinstatement.
ORDER:- This Revision/Appeal Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.A.Delphine, appeared in Party in Person, and Thiru.K.Sekar, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: The petitioner is directed to approach Catholic Syrian Bank, Trichy on 10.07.2024 to receive Rs.28,942/- along with accrued interest. The petitioner is also directed to approach Bank of India, Trichy, on 10.07.2024 to receive Rs.9,017/- along with accrued interest.
2.The respondent is directed to instruct the Banks to disburse the money to the petitioner. As far as the calculation is concerned, the petitioner is directed to prefer a petition under Right to Information Act and the contemnor is directed to reply to the same.
