ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 21.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 452 and 397 of IPC, in Crime No.356 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The case of the prosecution is that on 31.05.2018 at about 06.00a.m., the petitioner and other unknown persons entered into the house of the complainant and closed her face with cloth and attacked her with iron rod. Thereafter, the petitioner and two others snatched the gold chain of the defacto complainant weighing about 6 sovereigns and ran away. The complainant also sustained injury and treated as inpatient. Hence, the complaint.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was a servant of the defacto complainant once upon a time. Due to enmity, the complaint has been foisted as against the petitioner. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the offences are serious and grave in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
